Operational Excellence from Day One

Patrick began his career at General Electric, following a B. Industrial Engineering degree at the University of Montreal. This grounding in engineering and operations established a deep understanding of how businesses run—insights he leverages when identifying synergies and post-deal integration opportunities.

A Global Approach to M&A

After earning an MBA from the Ivey Business School (London, Canada), Patrick took on corporate development roles in Paris, London, and beyond. Managing rapid expansions for GE’s European Healthcare division and leading M&A at Alliance UniChem (later part of Walgreens Boots Alliance) exposed him to large-scale, cross-border deals under tight timelines. His track record includes overseeing high-profile mergers, private equity buyouts, and international JV investments.

Whether orchestrating smaller strategic bolt-ons or billion-dollar transformations, Patrick has continually focused on building real value for all parties. As M&A function leader at Alliance Boots (subsequently Walgreens Boots Alliance), he steered acquisitions across Latin America and Asia, including notable projects in China.

A Personal Commitment to Client Growth

Patrick has harnessed his blend of operational expertise and extensive M&A background to advise clients on their strategic initiatives. He has also invested in manufacturing businesses and served as a non-executive director for startups in the Healthcare sector. His dual nationality—British and Canadian—further underlines his global outlook and ability to navigate diverse business cultures.
